Get out of your comfort zone with your numbers!

Let’s be real - conducting a financial analysis of your business, especially after the past 2 years, can be intimidating. BUT knowing your numbers can be POWERFUL and help take the emotion out of making good business decisions.

Fear can sometimes make us feel stuck and we find any reason or excuse to not face what is holding us back. AND the longer we procrastinate, the bigger the fear seems to get. Knowing what the picture looks like and having all the information you need puts you in a much better place - a place better than simply digging your head in the sand and making assumptions based on “feelings".

Information is power and the numbers are what they are. So embrace them, evaluate them and then create a plan that takes you where you need and want to go. RINSE AND REPEAT! It all starts with a spreadsheet!
