Together, we’ll formulate and execute a customized plan for your studio focused on business process improvement, focus training, and revenue growth.
Pursue your passion, selflessly.
The first barre class I ever took - a random one at that, after being invited to join by a friend - I left with tears rolling down my cheeks. Working out had always proved in the past to be a great stress reliever and tool for mental clarity and this time was no different. After the class, I felt there was hope of being “found”.
Damn, it felt good to take time to focus on me.!
It became this huge passion of mine which soon prompted me to connect my love for fitness + finance. I wanted to do something not only for myself, but to help others. So, after studying to become a barre instructor, I moved back home to Louisiana. The ultimate plan was to reconnect with family and friends and bring this studio concept with me.
Determined to bring this vision to fruition, I plowed ahead. My dream studio business, The Dailey Method - Lafayette was born.
There were so many moving parts - lease negotiations, build-out costs, insurance needs, staff management - not to mention the things I didn’t know I needed to know, but soon learned by being in the trenches.
I dug in, and successfully grew my community and business.
Find a consultant.
Business growth takes time - and one heck of an effort!
The truth is, that you can shoulder it all by yourself, but at what cost? Also, what is the quality of the end result going to be? Trying to ‘master’ every element of running a studio business (by yourself) is overwhelming - teaching, training, marketing, sales, staff, retail… the list goes on.
During my years at TDM, I found it tremendously helpful to bring in outside consultants and capitalize on their talents. I admitted to myself I needed help in the areas that were not my strengths. An outside perspective allows fresh ideas, new insights, and collaboration to enhance any business.
Consulting helped grow my business exponentially!
Looking back, I can now honestly say I was naive in many aspects of starting a business - important areas where I should have spent more time. These consultations revealed the blind spots in my business I never knew existed. On the other hand, they helped me manage my time better and actually have a life outside of work.
Doesn’t every small business owner dream of this stuff?!
So yeah, I’ve seen both ends of the consulting spectrum, which is why I can vouch with 100% certainty that it works!
It’s always “game on”!
Fast forward to today…
I am stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. Forever grateful for life and business lessons along the way.
I combined my life’s two greatest passions once again - fitness and finance - into a business that helps boutique studio owners in the health & wellness space do what I’ve been doing successfully for years. I use my experience - the good and the bad - to provide guidance and share best practices of what to do and what not to do. Everything from product development, sales processes, office manuals, and lease negotiations to build-out costs, budgets, retail, and the list goes on and on.
